CLIOC is registered with the World Federation for Culture
Colection. The collection includes protozoa of the genus Leishmania
(Kinetoplastida, Trypanosomatidae), representing recognized species (pathogens and
non-human pathogens) and specific genotypes with significant representation of biodiversity
studied in neotropical Leishmania. Genetically modified organisms are also part of the
collection. CLIOC is prepared to include its
collection online through the SICol network
