The main part of the Herbarium Collections is composed by Angiosperms, but also includes Gymnosperms, Ferns, Lycophytes, Bryophytes, Fungi and Algae. It reaches all over 14.460 specimens representative of the "Depressão Central" region.

The data provided can be used only for scientific purposes related to research, extension or education. In any case it could be used for marketing subjects or any kind of business. We ask for all the users to be aware on the use of our herbaria data. Anyone should notify the Federal lPolice or the IBAMA, if suspect that our data could be being used for giving a help to International Trade in Endangered Species.
