Didactic and scientific, mainly of angiosperms in southern Bahia, a region of Atlantic Forest Biome, extending to the Caatinga and Rupestrian. Collection of approximately 16,000 dried specimens properly addressed and placed in 18 steel cabinets in an area of 70 m2. It has 3 computars, a laser printer, 10 stereoscopic microscopes, 8 models of flowers in resin, air conditioner 30,000 BTUs, specific library. It also has collection materials such as swivel trimmer, tree-climbing equipment, eletric oven of dehydration.
